Part of our sustainable denim line A BETTER BLUE: This Drop Cropped is additionally treated with environmentally friendly washing and dyeing methods.

A BETTER BLUE focuses on sustainability – from the first to the last production step. In cooperation with our Italian partners we use sustainable materials as well as innovative washing and dyeing methods.
This denim is made of organic cotton and contains a proportion of Tencel™ x Refibra™ fibres – a technology is applied that produces cellulose fibers (lyocell) from wood and cotton waste. The cotton contained in these jeans uses significantly less fresh water in the production compared to conventional cotton denims. Dyed with environmentally friendly methods. Among others we use the patented Kitotex® technology.
In 2016 Candiani received the sublicense to use the patented Kitotex® procedure exclusively for denim by the Tessitura del Salento Industriale S.r.l. / Canepa S.p.A.
